Restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream places are just a minute away on foot, right in central Aviano. Even so, Residence Elite felt calm and private. We appreciated the private parking and storage rooms, especially for a longer stay. The apartment was spacious, bright from its large windows, very clean and well maintained, with modern comforts and a homey feel. It also welcomed our pet, which we really appreciated. Nadia was an exceptional host, attentive and genuinely committed to making our stay pleasant. In nearly 20 years of Air Force service, I’ve rarely met someone so accommodating. The central location, comfortable apartments and warm hospitality make Residence Elite an easy recommendation. I look forward to returning to Aviano. Thanks, Nadia, for making the stay memorable and seamless.

We had a beautiful apartment with lovely mountain views, and everything we needed was there. Nadia and Christian were welcoming and easy to talk to. Restaurants, shops and the city center were all nearby. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We stayed in the penthouse, which was clean, modern and decorated in neutral colors. The elevator goes up to the second floor, then there are three short flights of stairs to reach it. It had what we needed for either a short or longer stay. The owner is a gem, very accommodating and willing to do her best to help, within reason. Definitely recommend!

I ended up staying here instead of on base when I arrived. Nadia and Christian were friendly and took great care of me. They helped carry my luggage upstairs and walked me through how everything in the apartment worked. Highly recommend staying here.
