A toaster and kettle would be useful additions. The location is perfect, and everything feels modern and clean. Air conditioning or even a fan would have made it a five-star stay.

The street-facing bedrooms were noisy, and with no fan or air conditioning, there were no mosquito screens to keep out the mosquitoes and flies either. I don't think I'll come back.

Traffic, creaky floors, and no air conditioning, fan, or mosquito screens. Not good.

On the second floor, one room has badly damaged wooden flooring. It creaks loudly with every step.

For a single night, it was good value. Just be aware there's no washing machine.
