We stayed for two weeks, and the holiday was a joy from start to finish. The staff were warm and well trained, and we found the management trustworthy. MR. Luca was generous and honest, and Gianpiero and the rest of the team treated us with real kindness. The rooms were spacious and very clean, breakfast was spectacular, and the value was great. I've never seen such a clean three-star hotel. The location made getting around easy. Shops and amenities are nearby, and if you're driving, the main roads are just seconds away. The lakes of Avigliana are close too, with lovely views, sports, places to relax, restaurants, and coffee bars. We'd definitely return. I hope this is useful to others, and thank you to MR. Luca, Gianpiero and company for looking after us so well.

There was black mold on the shower and shower head. The air-conditioning filter looked like it probably hadn't been cleaned since installation.

We left immediately and want a refund. When we arrived, the person at reception was extremely rude. As soon as we entered the room and opened the window, many black insects poured in through the opening. We killed some, but more kept coming. We asked the angry man what was going on and said we needed to leave right away and get a refund. He refused and shouted at us. His reaction traumatized us, so we left. We explained everything to BOOKING, but they didn't care at all. We're now taking this to bigger organisations on TWITTER, hoping for a refund plus damages.

We were welcomed warmly, and the place was lovely. The receptionist was a big help with planning our trip, and breakfast was made to suit us.
