I contacted Alessandra on WhatsApp with a question, but she didn't reply and I felt ignored. I can see why TripAdvisor describes them as cold. In the end, we were glad we hadn't booked this vacation rental.

The owners were so kind and helpful, and the location was perfect. The room looked lovely, was comfortable and clean, and the bed was actually comfortable, which I haven't found at other B&Bs. I'd highly recommend this place. I think it's perfect!

The owners were the real highlight for us. The couple made us feel at home straight away and were wonderfully helpful, from breakfast to pointing us toward interesting seaside spots and local restaurants. Their suggestions were always spot on. The property sits in a pleasant courtyard that feels private while still being close to the city center. The rooms are lovely and have every comfort. They made our holiday even more special, and I'd definitely recommend staying here. THANK YOU!!

Alessandra and Giancarlo bring the whole stay together with their warmth, kindness, and graciousness. Add a beautiful, comfortable room in the center of a Sicilian town, really comfortable beds, and a breakfast that feels like gourmet food, and you've got a perfect stay in Avola and the Val di Noto. Even “excellent” feels like too small a word.

Alessandra and Giancarlo were magnificent hosts, and the hospitality was incredible. The B&B is brand new, with private parking right out front, and the breakfast was excellent. A renowned architect decorated it with a mix of simplicity, modernity, and style, turning humble materials into real works of art. Exceptional, in one word.
