The hotel was very clean, and having a car made it easy to drive around from there. The staff were fantastic. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The staff were the one good part of our stay, and I really feel for them having to deal with complaints all the time. The hotel has clearly seen better days, and breakfast was a total disappointment. I’ve attached some photos of our room.

Sebastian really took care of us and made sure our holiday was perfect. The room was spacious, with a lovely balcony, and the pool was great too. Fantastic hotel and amazing staff. We’ll definitely come back!

The pool area was absolutely stunning, set in an exotic garden that the gardener kept looking after. The pool was cleaned and adjusted several times a day, and met high hygiene standards. Music played while we swam, which made the holiday resort feel even better. There’s also a beautiful garden in front of the hotel that gives it a real holiday feel. The common areas were lovely, and the renovated rooms were spacious and clean. The cleaning lady came every day, even washing the floor or emptying the bin during our stay. Staff were super nice, kind, and helpful. The reception team spoke good English and helped us a lot. Breakfast was rich and good, and the lady in charge even brought hot tea to our table. I highly recommend this hotel.

We came specifically because Booking.com said the pool was open, so it was a shame to find it closed. There was no fridge in the room, and the air conditioning only went down to 25⁰.
