We stayed in room 5 and really liked how spacious, practical, and incredibly clean it was. The shower had great water pressure, towels were changed often, and the bins were emptied daily. Having two balconies was great for catching an evening breeze in the heat and hanging up beach towels to dry. It’s well placed for exploring the surrounding areas and close to the sea, though when it’s very hot, you may prefer the 5 minute drive there. I only noticed the windows weren’t soundproof when fireworks went off in the middle of the night. I think how much that bothers you depends on how light a sleeper you are and what level of noise you’re used to. Nearby street parking was easy when we visited in June. It helps to keep the owners informed about your arrival time so check-in goes smoothly, and Valeria was super helpful with recommendations. We hope to visit Sicily again and would definitely stay here another time.

The nice cleaning lady was very friendly, and room 5 was great, with two decks. The beds were comfy, though the sheets were thin and the towels rough. There was only shampoo and hand soap provided. We arrived around 9:00 p.m. and had to call the owner on WhatsApp to get the door unlocked, but the digital setup is great. We had a car and parked on the street. Avola is a beautiful town, with lots of grocery shopping and nice people.

The room was beautiful, with a clean bathroom and two lovely balconies. Parking right in front of the house was no problem, and downstairs there’s a kitchen with a coffee machine that makes excellent coffee. This was the best accommodation we visited on our Italy travels. We definitely recommend it, and thank you for such a wonderful stay.

For an affordable price, we got a clean, easy-to-reach place close to both a beautiful beach and the city center. We stayed just one night, but that was enough for us to recommend it. It’s clear they’ve invested in newer modern furniture, especially the mattress and pillows, which were new, clean, and super comfortable. The person I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and courteous.

We booked two nights and were very satisfied with everything. Our ground-floor room was right beside the main road, so there was a bit more noise.
