Emanuele was very polite and kind, and quickly offered to help us, including suggesting places for excellent pizza. The new apartments have all the comforts, with reserved parking for guests. Palazzo Nicastro is right in the center of Avola, a short walk from the sea and only a few kilometers from beautiful Noto. We'll be back next summer. Vittorio Romano

Emanuele was very kind and attentive, and gave us lots of useful information about what to see nearby. The place is clean, beautiful, and well organized, with thoughtful furnishings and everything you need. It's centrally located in Avola, easy to reach, and a great starting point for excursions. Highly recommended.

We stayed for four nights in July 2023 and wished we could've stayed longer. Mr. Nicastro gave us a lovely welcome, was very kind, and shared helpful ideas about what to do and see in the area. The accommodation had recently been renovated with good taste, and was comfortable, spotless, and equipped with everything, including in the kitchen. It was a lovely touch to find salt, oil, pasta, and tomato in the pantry, plus bananas in the fridge. There was parking in the courtyard behind the house, and separate air conditioners for the two rooms. Definitely recommended. If we're back in the area, we'd try to stay here again.

Mr. Emanuele, the owner, was so friendly, kind, and helpful. The location made it easy to get to the southeast coast beaches and the lovely towns and villages nearby, and Catania airport was less than an hour away. The house was welcoming and comfortable, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

A welcome bunch of bananas in the fridge was a lovely touch, and I really appreciated it. We had a great stay, with the owner ready to accommodate our requests. The location makes it quick to get to the most popular tourist spots. We'll definitely come back.
