We spent a week here, very close to the beach. The staff were friendly and cleaned the room each morning while we were out, though they speak little English. The owner knows some, but for a longer conversation, a phone translator would help. The room was clean, with great air conditioning, a blessing in July's 35+ Celsius heat, and a firm mattress that was good for sleeping. The bathroom was cramped, with one leg ending up in the shower when seated on the toilet, and at times we could smell sewage from outside because we were on the ground floor. We had a terrace but didn't use it because of the heat. Breakfast was the usual Italian/Sicilian mix of brioche, cornettos, cereal, fruit, cheese and salami, with enough variety for a good start. There were no eggs or omelettes, in case that's a deal-breaker. The B&B has a small parking lot, probably limited to up to 8 cars, behind an electric gate with an access code. Brush up on Italian or Sicilian.

There's parking, and it's close to the Rotonda and a stretch of beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good, with continental options, homemade tart and fresh local fruit.
