Le Vieux Rascard B&B

Breakfast was a lovely way to start each day, with fresh food and delicious coffee made for us. The host was very accommodating and took time to suggest good restaurants and things to do nearby. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, cleaned daily while we were skiing. Town, with plenty of nice bars and restaurants, was a five-minute walk away, and the ski lifts about ten minutes on foot. There’s also a bus stop outside with hourly service to the lifts, though we didn’t need it. We had a fantastic ski holiday at B&B Le Vieux Rascard and would highly recommend it for a welcoming, authentic stay in Champoluc.

A five-minute walk gets you to town, and the ski lift is about ten minutes away. I think there’s a bus stop right outside, but I didn’t need it. Free parking is just across the road. I stayed five nights for skiing. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and breakfast was included each morning. It’s a small operation, so the service feels personal. Excellent B&B.

The owner was helpful and very nice, with good tips about skiing, restaurants, and more. There’s a bus stop and parking in front of the house, and the village center is a five-minute walk away. Breakfast was good and used local ingredients. It’s a lovely B&B in a classic alpine-style house, great value for the money, and I warmly recommend it.

We had a lovely week 9 stay at Le Vieux Rascard in 2017. The hostess was lovely, the room was nice, and breakfast was really good. The location was perfect. Thanks so much!
