B&b Bed & Fly - Mamma Mia

The staff were amazing, and we had a great time. For me, how people treat one another matters: be kind and you'll get the same in return. The owner was welcoming, and Mamma Mia Hotel is an excellent choice in a quiet spot near the airport. It's about a 40-minute walk to the airport. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the house is beautifully designed, and downstairs there's a wonderful restaurant, a huge terrace with tables and chairs, and a stunning view. On the extra charges, like €10 for checking in early or a fee for the air conditioning remote, I see it this way: when you book a low-cost flight from Bergamo, the base fare is cheap and extras cost more. So I don't understand why those fees bother people at a hotel but not on a plane. This is the most affordable hotel in the area, and I think the price matches the quality. If you don't want to pay extra, arrive after 7 p.m., go without air conditioning, and walk to the airport at a relaxed pace instead of taking a taxi. It's about 40 minutes. I'd absolutely recommend the hotel if you're arriving in, leaving from, or connecting through Bergamo. Read the policies ahead of time so there are no surprises, and treat people as you'd like them to treat you. You'll have a much better stay.
