A terrible experience. The description of the “included breakfast” is inaccurate. You have to go to the bar across the street, which is closed on Mondays, for a coffee or cappuccino and a croissant. That’s all the breakfast amounts to. 🤣🤣 Don’t bother ordering an aperitif at their “restaurant-bar” either. Three pairs of pseudo-arancini and two spritzes cost €40!!! It’s on the second floor, up steep stairs with no elevator, which penalizes elderly and disabled guests and, in my view, is against the rules. Then there’s the parking, described as “on site,” but it isn’t free. It costs an extra €25. I remind the managers that failing to disclose extra charges and the difficulties accessing the rooms borders on fraud. I’ll share this review with the local mayor. P.S. I was born in Bacoli and came back from the Veneto region for a bereavement. I see some businesses still have no intention of changing the vulgar mentality they left behind 30 years ago.

The owners are kind and helpful, but never intrusive, and the staff are just as welcoming. Mrs. Sonia was especially quick to help whenever I needed anything. The B&B is spotless, and its spot in this lovely town means I can leave the car behind and walk to several beautiful beaches. I’ve been here for a week and would recommend it to anyone who wants to feel at home while still being looked after simply and warmly.

Right in the center of Bacoli, so the location works really well. Breakfast is included, with a voucher you can use at the bar across the street. There’s also paid parking under 100 meters away, and it’s only €5 a night.

We had three rooms for two nights, and the value was more than excellent. Everyone on staff was incredibly friendly and personable, which was a nice extra. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Breakfast at the bar across the street was included, and there’s discounted parking 30 meters away for an extra charge. Highly recommended.

The owners made us feel so welcome, and their kindness and helpfulness really made the weekend. The property itself is beautiful, elegant, and new, with a handy location for getting to the beaches quickly, either on foot or by car in just a few minutes. We had a fabulous stay.
