Casa di Baia

We had a wonderful stay and were looked after from beginning to end. The house is just steps from the attractions, spa, and amenities. It's a family atmosphere, the owners are very helpful, and parking on site is really convenient. Excellent location. Thanks, Anna and Tiziana, we'll definitely be back.

The owners were very available whenever we needed information, and the price is truly competitive. The house is charming, bright, and fully equipped, with an impeccably furnished kitchen and living area, a double bed, two single beds, a sofa bed, and a TV. There's a breathtaking view a short distance away, and Baia port is about 200 meters away. Transport links are excellent, making it easy to reach many beaches and Baia Castle. Absolutely satisfied.

We didn't have air conditioning, but the apartment was still bearable in that respect. The road to it is very steep and winding, and the parking spaces are very tight. Since we usually arrived very late, this became a challenge. The good spots were gone and it got cramped, though thankfully we usually found one space. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a holiday, and we didn't have to buy anything extra. It was among the best of the several apartments we've stayed in. There was even toilet paper, which I've never had in an apartment before without needing a shop run, plus a sponge, dish towel, hairdryer, sugar, Italian coffee maker and coffee grounds, lighter for the gas stove, iron, garbage bags, and dish soap. I felt safe, and the parking area is behind a large gate operated by remote control. Taking out rubbish was confusing. There are five different bins in the apartment but only two outside, and collection days depend on the type of rubbish. We were pretty clueless and ended up leaving it in the apartment, unfortunately. We were mostly out exploring other parts of the city, so can't say much about the beach or nearby area. I can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment, and the price-performance ratio is excellent.

It really feels like home, with everything you could want in a comfortable, charming place. Baia's house was very clean and in an excellent location. I'd recommend it to anyone.
