Lemontree House Bacoli

We stayed here to explore the long history around Cuma, Baia, Bacoli, and Miseno, and its quiet spot by a Roman amphitheater worked really well. There are nearly 2,800 years of history to see nearby. Around Baia, you can snorkel or scuba dive over the submerged Roman ruins and get a look at the seaside villas; a walk along the beach near Cuma is lovely at sunset. I can see wanting to return and explore more.

The garden was such a nice place to unwind, with plenty of plants and little corners to sit in. Inside, Lemon Tree House feels colorful, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated. We spent three nights there, and our private-bathroom room was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed. Breakfast was generous, with fresh homemade food. The manager was consistently kind and ready to help, and gave us really useful suggestions for the stay. We'd absolutely recommend it.

The location makes it easy to cycle past Greco-Roman ruins and volcanic beaches, then come back and have limoncello under the stars. What stayed with me just as much was Piero's warm, disarming manner and the scent of lemons all around Lemon Tree House. It feels like a little world of citrus, history, and human kindness. If authenticity and sustainability matter to you, this place is worth remembering. We arrived as guests and left feeling we'd made a friend, with that lemon scent still lingering.

My parents were there for only one night, but came away really happy and relaxed. The property is leafy and peaceful, and their bright, clean, quiet room had comfortable mattresses that let them sleep well. They also enjoyed a varied, plentiful breakfast. The owner deserves special thanks for being so helpful and hospitable.
