They charged 15 euros for the noon checkout I requested, and were rude about it. It was really inconvenient having to bring my suitcase to the room. I don't recommend it.

The room was comfortable, spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Sig. Pasquale made us feel welcome and helped make the stay very pleasant, as did the friendly, helpful and professional staff, who gave courteous, superb service. We really enjoyed the peaceful, romantic atmosphere at this modern hotel, with its spectacular location and breathtaking views. Thanks to everyone.

For a regular tourist like us, I wouldn’t recommend booking here. Weddings take place at the hotel every day, so it’s clearly geared toward wedding guests. It also sits on a hill, and getting around is very inconvenient unless you have a car or scooter. The hotel offers no transport, and there are no taxis in the city. Service varied depending on who was at reception. The hotel itself is very nice, with clean, spacious rooms, a good breakfast and a lovely view.
