Breakfast was over the top, with breads, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, juice, cakes and pastries that changed each day, plus fabulous coffee. The friendly breakfast and room staff made us feel welcome, and Franco gave us useful tips on restaurants, local souvenirs and hikes. We spent nine nights here in early September, and our room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with a reindeer theme. It had a large balcony, and the shower was fantastic after a day hiking in the mountains. Franco also let me use the hotel washer and dryer since we’d already been travelling in Italy for a while. The B&B is well placed for nearby hikes and the La Villa ski lift. A five-star experience for us.

We’ve been coming back for our totally relaxing summer break for exactly 16 years. The area is quiet and free of traffic, and works well as a base for all kinds of mountain hikes. The owner is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are tastefully furnished with lots of attention to detail. Everything is spotless, and breakfast has a broad choice of sweet and savory foods. We’re completely satisfied.
