Garni Jasmin

The location worked really well for getting around, with the bus stop, Piz Sorega cable car, town center, and several hiking trails all nearby. Our comfort room was roomy and had plenty of storage, plus a balcony with a small table and two benches facing each other. The hosts were welcoming, helpful, and professional, and you can get breakfast and dinner at the restaurant downstairs. When we came back to the area a year later, though, a couple of things didn't feel customary to us. On arrival, the gentleman began speaking German without first checking whether we understood it, as if we were native speakers. They also said they would keep our passports overnight after we handed them over, and only returned them the next morning when we asked.

Breakfast was good, and there's a tasty dinner with good wine just a few steps from the room. The hosts are friendly, too. I'd happily spend more time there.

The cleanliness was impeccable but still felt warm, not sterile, and the whole place had a traditional, modern feel. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with an impressive range of hot and cold choices. The service was generous, cordial, kind, professional, and faultless. Garni Jasmin is also very conveniently placed, just a four-minute walk from Piz Sorega and six minutes from the town center. I highly recommend it for a comfortable, pleasant ski holiday in the Dolimites. Grazie Garni Jasmin.

The rooms were nice, the breakfast excellent, and the price fair. We were made to feel very welcome, too.
