Hotel Ciasa Tamá

We were treated so well by this family-run hotel. The service was warm and excellent, and I’d happily recommend staying here.

Being so close to the ski slope made the stay especially convenient. I was there just before Christmas, with loads of snow, and the service was lovely. My room felt roomy and cozy, with a nice view. Breakfast and dinner were hearty and tasty enough that I skipped lunch 😅👍. I really enjoyed the visit and recommend Ciasa Tamà!!!

That short walk to Utia Florian was a great way to round off a ski day. It’s just five minutes away, and you can get there straight from the slopes for a drink or some spinach spaetzle. The ski run itself is less than 100 meters from the hotel, which made getting started in the morning so easy. We stayed as a family and found the separate children’s water area and playroom especially useful. Adults have their own spa area with four saunas, so everyone can enjoy the facilities. The food and drinks were consistently very good, and Lisa and Sergio looked after us with such warmth in the evenings. The dishes were varied, delicious, and beautifully presented. The personal welcome was another highlight. This is a family-run place, and the kind staff made us feel cared for from the start. They speak Italian, German, and English, which also made things easy for international guests. You can tell they pay close attention to guests’ comfort. We felt at ease throughout our stay and would gladly return. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, good food, facilities for both children and adults, and a convenient location for skiing made it a five-star experience for us. The road up to the hotel is very steep and hard to walk. Inside, the rooms could be nice, but the unnatural materials, mattress, and pillows made it difficult for me to sleep. The owner behaved badly, insulted me, and made me feel very uncomfortable. The treatment I received would rate below zero. Terrible.
