We had a great week skiing here. The ski room is conveniently placed, and the shuttle gets you to the slopes. I usually prefer to ski straight from the hotel, but this one is absolutely worth the short ride. The rooms and facilities, including the sauna, pool, and steam room, were awesome, and the restaurant and bar had excellent food and service. Highly recommend it.

The wine list is fantastic, especially the local Alto Adige varieties, and I had a great massage in the spa. We loved the food, and the location and service were both perfect. All the staff were friendly, from reception to the cleaners. This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time. Don’t hesitate to book.

We had a huge room with a terrace and a view of the mountains. The staff were amazing and even helped us plan our travels. Breakfast had lots of variety, and dinner was delicious too. We had a great time!

The hotel has a lovely family feel, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Its location is just right, with great mountain views, a historic church right out front, and a delicious restaurant only ten paces away. Breakfast is free and amazing, with plenty to choose from. Try making your own fresh juice! They also put out free afternoon snacks from 3-5, including all your favorite desserts, and everything was super yummy.

Matteo and Beatrice made the bar feel lively and brought so much warmth to our evenings. Roman gave us personal attention and made sure our needs were met. The whole team, from the front desk to the spa and restaurant, helped make our time at Hotel Diamant memorable. We know we may not have been the easiest guests, but the staff were professional, attentive to details, and genuinely welcoming. The spa was amazing, the dining was exquisite, and every part of our stay felt cared for, starting with the warm welcome at reception. We left with lasting memories and a lot of gratitude. We’d happily recommend this gem to our luxury-minded acquaintances and hope to return. Thank you, Hotel Diamant, and please pass on our thanks to the whole team.
