The buffet had plenty of variety, the dishes were tasty, and the staff were very polite. Gran Paradiso Hotel is cozy and a good place to stay, and we'll definitely come back in a year. It nearly meets four-star standards. The main drawbacks were the small lockers in the ski room and the outdoor pool being restricted to ages 16 and over, which was a major disadvantage for us.

The Ayurvedic massages left us feeling completely renewed. My partner and I both had one, and each felt relaxing, restorative, and professionally done from beginning to end. Anna and Lucrezia, thank you so much. It’s among the best massages we’ve ever had, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

We really enjoyed the food, the welcoming staff, and the relaxed atmosphere. There was even live music on Monday, and the wellness area was clean and pleasant. The free public transport pass for the area was a great extra, and there are lovely routes nearby for hiking and mountain biking. One drawback is the road noise: in summer, sports cars and motorbikes can roar past, so sleeping with the window open was hard, especially since there was no AC. Sitting outside could feel like being beside a highway. Even so, we’d very much recommend the hotel.

The spa is excellent, and we’ve always enjoyed the delicious food. The staff and hosts are wonderful, and the service is the best. We’ve been bringing our family here for 14 years, and every visit feels like coming home. It’s been a family tradition for years, and we’ll keep returning.

For 240 euros a night, I expected much better communication and service. The access road was closed when we came, which added nearly an hour to the drive, and the hotel hadn’t warned us beforehand. When we raised it, they seemed indifferent to the trouble it caused. My stay was far from satisfactory. I’d suggest staying in Cortina instead of choosing this place.
