I’m from kuwait, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, the food was excellent, and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. I’ll definitely visit again with my family in the future.

The spa was such a relaxing place to unwind after being in the mountains, and the rooms were clean, lovely, and welcoming. The whole hotel has a warm feel, with thoughtful details that made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. We felt at home, maybe even better than at home. It's right in the center of San Cassiano, so everything is close by, but it still feels peaceful. The service was attentive and always cheerful, and you can tell the staff really care about welcoming people. A place that stays with you, and one I'd happily return to. 💛

We had a genuinely lovely stay. The room was bright and spacious, everything was spotless, and the ski lifts were only a five-minute walk away. The spa was elegant, well looked after, and had plenty of equipment. Breakfast and the appetizer buffet were generous, and the food was excellent, with quality dishes prepared with care. Anna, Daniela, Martina, and Silvia were all so friendly and welcoming. Ivan and Michela really made the place special with their hospitality, generosity, and warm welcome. The hotel is right in the heart of San Cassiano and offers very good value. I’d give it five stars, but it deserves more. We left with very fond memories and would highly recommend it.
