Lagació Hotel Mountain Residence

Breakfast was fresh, local, and delicious, and quickly became the part of the day we looked forward to most. We even bumped into Rick Steves there one morning, which was a fun surprise. We were celebrating our 10-year anniversary, and this ended up being the best stay of our trip. The room was cozy, the location was just right, and every employee was friendly, warm, and so helpful. We also loved the private chef-prepared local dishes, the complimentary desserts each day, and having an assigned parking space. We can’t wait to come back.

The afternoon cake won us over, and it changes every day! We loved the spa too. The hotel and staff are so lovely, and chiara made us feel right at home 🤗. Such a great location and a perfect family getaway. We’ll definitely be back soon.

We loved the little extras, from the yoga room and daily cake to the refreshing cocktail and comfortable shuttle. The village is beautiful, there are nice restaurants nearby, and the surrounding nature is amazing. The owners and staff paid close attention to everything, from the room design and useful little items to breakfast made with tasty ingredients from local farms and businesses. They were also happy to help us plan our activities each day. It all made for a great stay at this lovely hotel.

After skiing, we made good use of the spa, hot tub, and sauna, and enjoyed the different cake served each afternoon in the lounge. Breakfast was great too. The hotel is tastefully decorated in a local mountain style and has everything well set up. We spent six wonderful days here near the Alta Badia ski resort. All the staff we met were helpful, including Sabina at reception, Farrah and Dino driving the shuttle, Erika in the dining room, and Andrea at the Bar. Piz Sorega lift is an easy 0.5 km walk, or the shuttle van can take you there and pick you up on request. It can also drop you in nearby towns if you need a lift.
