We felt at home right away in this house, where we spent a few lovely days with our two dogs. There was plenty of comfortable space and everything we needed, including a single bed, a double bed, and a sofa bed. The terrace felt like our own little haven, with a big hibiscus tree making it extra special. It was lovely to sit there with a cup of tea. Patrizia was attentive and always available. Her tips for places to visit and pet-friendly restaurants made the trip even better. Civita is an easy walk away, and the house is well placed for exploring the area. We'll remember our stay fondly and would definitely come back!

After a year of work, Patrizia's house and welcome were just what we needed. The garden terrace is gorgeous and feels untouched by time. Our dogs loved it, and we could eat breakfast surrounded by the quiet of this magical village. Patrizia was so helpful and took care of everything. The apartment was cozy and clean, with a spacious garden. It's peaceful there, but still close to the main road and parking, so getting around was easy. Access to the dog-friendly facilities was easy as well. The owner was kind and organized. A friend, our two dogs, and I had a great weekend at Semplicità del Borgo. We highly recommend it. We were given a special ticket for access to the historic center of Civita, where this excellent place is located. Patrizia was kind and helpful from the start, with suggestions for things to see and places to eat. We stayed here with our two dogs and felt welcome immediately. The rooms are roomy and thoughtfully furnished, and the dogs can go everywhere. I especially liked the outdoor space and the big fireplace in the middle of the living room. Highly recommend staying here!

Patrizia is such a thoughtful, kind host. The house is charming and comfortable, and the garden was a peaceful sunny spot for our Luna. A lovely holiday we'd happily repeat.
