Quiet and secluded, with lots of greenery, great rooms, and lovely staff. The breakfast buffet was great, and there's free parking onsite. One drawback: getting from the rooms to breakfast and the pool means taking lots of paths and stairs, so it's not suitable for people with limited mobility.

We left the day we arrived and booked another hotel. The room faced a busy road, so we heard every car and passerby, and it was right by a nightclub. We could even hear music from another hotel 40 minutes away. For a supposed five-star hotel, it was nowhere near the standard or the photos: it was dirty, with hair behind the curtains, used toilet paper still in the bin, and grime on the ceiling and windows. The staff were polite, but cleanliness was unacceptable for the price. Definitely not worth it. Very disappointed. DO NOT stay here!!!!!

The hotel has a lovely pool area, an exceptional private beach, a great location, and a serene feel. But dealing with the hotel was frustrating. The old idea that the customer is always right seemed to mean nothing here. We found a broken toilet seat that wasn't fixed properly, and had to ask for the liquid soap to be topped up. We washed our underwear and left it on a towel on our private deck to dry. When we came back, the towel had been taken away and our clean underwear was on the ground. We also requested a quilt, which arrived in a plastic bag with the expectation that we'd make the bed ourselves. We had to tell staff they should make it. We understand Sardinia had a wasp outbreak, but the hotel seemed to handle it worse than anywhere else we ate. For all three days, wasps buzzed around breakfast and sat on cold meat inside the food cabinets. We sent our concerns and photos to reception by WhatsApp, then had to ask for a meeting with the manager. When he eventually met us, he was defensive and said the hotel had a 93% satisfaction rating, so how could there be a problem? We found that dismissive. The most frustrating moment was breakfast on our last day: we showed him wasps inside a cabinet, and he opened it, waved his hand over the meat to shoo them away, then closed it.

I asked for accountability, not a refund. Yet the managers keep implying in their reply that I'm not telling the truth. I'm flabbergasted and have no reason to lie. It's strange that there's no accountability. There are many beautiful hotels in the same area that are worth the money and, hopefully, have better customer service. Trust me, don't stay here. The issues started on day one: flies in our food, a shower that flooded, no soap, and many other small things that added up to total disappointment. I kindly raised them, but they were ignored again and again until our last day. For a five-star hotel, no way. This was probably one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. I'd never stay here or at an affiliate hotel again. There are so many better options, choose another.
