Hotel 3 Botti

The place was really clean, and both the location and the staff were wonderful. We had an amazing stay and I’ll definitely come back.

We loved our stay at Hotel Tre Botti. The rooms were spacious and clean, each group of rooms had its own private terrace, and the views were fantastic. Parking for our car was free, and the location was very good. The staff were so attentive, especially receptionist Mr. Mirko, who looked after us so well. Thanks so much, everyone. We’ll see you next summer!

The room had such a strong perfume smell that we couldn’t stay in it. When we asked about moving to another room, the front desk worker said he wasn’t authorized and would need to reach his manager. No manager could be contacted. He suggested opening the windows and putting the air conditioning on high, saying that had helped before. We saw only one other couple checking in and the hotel seemed deserted, so it felt like they were stalling. We didn’t want to spend our stay with the windows open and decided to leave. We had planned to stay three nights, but they never offered another, unscented room or a refund for the nights we didn’t use. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It seemed shady to put someone in charge of the whole hotel who couldn’t make a simple decision.

The bed was one of the worst I’ve slept in, and there were far too many stairs with no ramp for luggage. After two weeks in Italy, hauling two large suitcases and a carry-on while travelling with my 8-year-old daughter was terrible.
