L'Ea Bianca Luxury Resort

Breakfast was the worst part of our stay. For such an expensive hotel that calls itself “luxury,” it was disappointing to pay extra for omelettes and other dishes. There wasn’t much choice, and most of it was sweet. One kiwi was so hard it couldn’t be eaten, and I don’t think it should have been served. The servers were harsh, strict, and unpleasant. I really didn’t want to be there. The beach was also very poor. Getting down to it was difficult and took too long. The hotel’s sunbed area was tiny, towels weren’t available there and had to be brought from the pool, and the beach itself was dirty and unpleasant. The bodyguard stayed way too close to guests, so there was no privacy. The hotel wasn’t the worst, but it didn’t feel like a five-star luxury place. Our room needed updating to feel special. The bathroom water kept changing from warm to cold, and the layout could be better, including where the door is and which way it opens. The internet kept connecting and disconnecting. The elevator looked like something from an old movie and felt really scary. Definitely not coming back.

The views and scenery are stunning, and it could be a lovely place to relax and enjoy nature. But dealing with the staff took away all the charm. Most of the employees were rude, impatient, and unwelcoming. The manager especially was disrespectful and unprofessional, and didn’t seem prepared to handle guests. Their attitude was so disappointing that it spoiled the whole stay. It’s a shame a place with so much potential is managed so poorly. I wouldn’t come back or recommend it, particularly to anyone who cares about respectful, good service.

It was quiet and just right for a couple looking to relax. The resort sits in a beautiful spot and has a private beach, which is a great perk in Sardinia, as well as a pool. There are two restaurants and a bar with very good food and drinks. I’ll definitely come back.

Dear Sir or Madam, Sardinia is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited, which made the experience my family and I had at your hotel even more frustrating. The property looks stunning and its location is exceptional, but the service fell far short of what I’d expect from a hotel presented as a five-star destination. Several staff members were repeatedly dismissive and disrespectful. The head manager’s behavior was especially concerning. Rather than showing the professionalism and leadership expected of someone in that role, they treated my family and me with arrogance, impatience, and no courtesy. At no point did we feel welcome or respected. We also found a cockroach in our room, an unacceptable hygiene problem in any hotel, especially one claiming this standard. The gym was in extremely poor condition, without even basic equipment or proper cleanliness. That kind of neglect is not acceptable for a resort marketed as luxury. We came expecting a high-end, memorable stay and left deeply dissatisfied, disrespected, and disappointed. The beauty of the location can’t make up for the lack of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism, which should be basic parts of a luxury experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously.
