I stayed at Residence I Cormorani Bis twice this year and was more than happy both times. It's centrally located in Baia Sardinia, close to the area's best beaches. The apartment has what you need, including a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, with lovely blue and white furnishings in a Sardinian style. The terrace is spacious and great for eating together. I also found it suitable for working, thanks to very stable Wi-Fi. The staff are friendly and helpful, and Filippo is always around with advice and assistance. Arranging a checkout time makes leaving easy.

The units vary in size, but they're all private and have spectacular views. Each one is well equipped, with a new fridge and kitchen, and was clean and comfortable. The residence is beautiful, and it's about ten minutes from the spectacular beaches and the center of Baia Sardinia. Filippo and Alessio are very kind!

We had a truly relaxing week in the sea-view apartment. The terrace was the highlight, and the place was gorgeous, very clean, and equipped with everything needed for a holiday. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location is close to the sea and handy for visiting all the Gallura sites we wanted to see. Thank you, Filippo.

The apartment was stylishly furnished, and the terrace overlooking the sea was splendid. The property is immaculately maintained and in a strategic spot, just steps from the center of Baja Sardinia. The staff were professional and courteous. It felt like a little corner of paradise, and I hope to stay at this wonderful residence in Baja Sardinia again.
