It’s hard to imagine a better holiday. The villa and terrace are even lovelier than the photos suggest, and the place was always clean and sanitized. Towels for bathing and the beach, plus spa robes, were provided. The croissants at breakfast and the aperitif appetizers were excellent. If you want more, I ordered fresh food from nearby restaurants. Both the fish and pizza were excellent. Let Massimo suggest a place. The villa is set up for independent access, both inside and out. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and handrails throughout, with a stool or manual wheelchair available for use in the shower. You can cross the large terrace with its beautiful views to the smaller terrace with the spa. It’s accessible with a dedicated chair, and the hot water is available any time, day or night. A small but meaningful treat for proper relaxation. They also provide an electric wheelchair and mobility scooter, so you can travel without bringing so many aids. Massimo organizes free accessible tours in his wheelchair-equipped van, and there are accessible bathrooms to use while exploring the island. He made an island with narrow streets and steep slopes accessible, which otherwise would be very difficult. He was discreet, but always there when needed. For an additional, affordable fee, you can also arrange a massage therapist, cook, therapist, or nurse. I could say much more, but it was a perfect holiday. Leaving Massimo felt like saying goodbye to a friend. It’s hard to imagine not seeing him again.
