We were here on a student excursion, and the staff were very kind and keen to help. We’re all very grateful! Lots of love from Belgrade!

I’m not sure how this is a 4-star hotel. The air conditioning in my room, room 115, didn’t work, the shower room was smaller than a single room, and there was a hole in the blanket. Breakfast was terrible. Our Chinese group was put in a separate dining room downstairs, even though the hotel clearly has a large dining room. The milk seemed watered down, perhaps only for the Chinese group. I’m giving one star for the staff, whose attitude seemed nice, but did they pass on the feedback? This doesn’t seem like a first-time issue.

The room was fine, but the dinner was honestly awful. Our group thought the food might have human bones in it. I’m so disappointed that I may never eat it again. I hope everyone sees this, the food here is TRASH!!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢

I stayed for 10 days and everything went well. They cleaned the room every three days, and breakfast was good enough.

I was surprised by how terrible this hotel was. I hope you don’t choose this place.
