The quiet garden and pool were a lovely place to unwind after a day out, and the hotel's central spot made getting around easy. My room was on the small side, but very clean, comfortable, and had what I needed. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and made with good ingredients. There was also a spa, plenty of private parking, and free bikes. A few bikes were so old that some were barely usable, though, and the spa bathrobes were worn and could do with replacing. We got a welcome drink and a voucher for a spa treatment, a thoughtful touch that made us feel well looked after. Most of the staff were warm, friendly, and professional. One curly-haired waitress often seemed to frown and spoke rather unfriendly to me and other guests, which felt out of step with the rest of the team. Even with those small flaws, I had a really lovely stay. The place has a lot of charm and comfort, and I’d be happy to come back. ❤️

We borrowed the hotel bikes and rode to Garda and Lazise on the great paths along the water. The hotel is right in Bardolino, close to the center and restaurants, but it still felt peaceful. My wife and I spent a week here and loved it. Our room was clean, had a terrace, and breakfast was very good, with prosecco too. There’s a huge green garden with room for everyone around the pool, and poolside service as well. The staff were pleasant and always smiling.

We came by in the morning for the spa and had the whole place to ourselves. The aroma showers left us smelling of peppermint and oranges for the next two days 🥰. I also noticed the dining hall breakfast looked pretty good, and the rooms seemed relatively inexpensive for the amenities.
