The room was so small that the two requested twin beds were touching, with no gap at all. We booked a “deluxe room”, and I hate to think what the standard rooms are like. The supposed lake view was just over the pool, and the walls were paper thin, so my mum and her friend didn't sleep. There were kids and dogs all over the hotel. Breakfast was nice, but that was about it. I chose this place for their special 70th birthday trip because the reviews were so good. The staff didn't even say happy birthday. I definitely won't return, and wouldn't recommend it if you want even a little luxury or good customer service.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was lovely, the upper floors have a fantastic lake view, and the location is great. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Special mention to Eneda, who can't do enough for her guests.

You don’t have to stay right in central Bardolino to enjoy it. This place has loads of charm, and with a car or the hotel’s bikes you can get around easily. It felt like home.
