Bio Suites Pacinotti

We were relaxed from the moment we arrived, thanks to a team who made sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were spotless, breakfast was beautiful, and the pools were fantastic. This was the best family holiday we've ever had, and we booked again for next year before we left. We're counting down to our return. Thank you to the whole team and management for such a wonderful time.

We found the modern apartment in a secure block, with a pool, sunbeds, and a covered communal area with an honesty box bar. The apartment was cleaned every day. Our living and dining room was about 4m by 3m, with a settee, small table and chairs, TV, and open-plan kitchenette with a microwave, small twin hob and kettle. It opened onto a front patio with a little table, chairs, and clothes dryer. The apartment had a large double bedroom with a safe in one wardrobe and doors to a back patio, plus a small TV. The other bedroom was a medium-sized twin. The bathroom was a decent size and had a walk-in shower. Check-in and check-out are at Gardenia Hotel, a 3-4 minute walk away. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a tour booked but couldn't get a taxi quickly enough, so the owner drove us to the bus terminal. One staff member also sat down with us and explained the local area, which was really helpful. Breakfast was very good, with cold meats, fruit, cereals, and omelettes and other things available to order. The TVs had few or no English-language channels, or the option to change the language didn't work. That wasn't a major issue since we weren't on holiday to watch TV. The air conditioning was preset and didn't cool the room much, which stayed quite warm, around 18c. Bordilino town center is about a 15-minute walk along the lakeside. It's very nice, with lots of food options and clothing shops, and plenty of people around the lake. We'd come back to these suites on our next trip to the lake.
