The pool was my favourite spot, cold and with room for all the guests. Free bikes, including one with a child seat, were great for exploring. Breakfast was lovely, with tasty coffee and plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. The restaurant is busy every night, but service is quick, prices are fair, the oysters were unforgettable and the wine list is impressive. We stayed five nights and this was a real highlight of our trip. On this side of the lake, service is usually overpriced and disappointing, but here the staff were professional, helpful and genuinely kind. They helped with taxis, shared great local tips and told us stories about the hotel and its owner. I liked it. The rooms were clean and renovated, which is also rare around here, with large balconies and good air conditioning. They're not fully soundproof, but other guests were respectful and it stayed peaceful. Housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels every day. When I asked my son what he liked most, he said, “The little shower for my bum.” I agree completely.

We had four rooms, and the ones in the main building with a porch facing the lake were the best, just as the pictures suggest. The view was amazing. The rooms were clean and well designed, breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff were nice and helpful. There's a good restaurant at the hotel, a nice swimming pool, bikes for guests and free parking. The location is great, right by the lake and within walking distance of Bardolino and Garda.

A handy base for getting around the lake, with parking right in front. Great value, dog friendly, and there's a very good restaurant connected to the hotel.

Some of our personal belongings went missing while we were staying here. The hotel said nothing had been found, which left us concerned about security and staff reliability. We won't return and don't recommend the hotel. Keep your valuables safe.

We ate in the restaurant every night and loved the food. The pool area was lovely and relaxing, and our room was comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout. We had a wonderful holiday here, the hotel is amazing.
