The location is handy, close to the main attractions, and there's convenient parking nearby, free in winter. The rooms are new, spacious, functional, and have all the essentials, plus a stunning lake view. But the cleanliness was disappointing: there was hair left by previous guests in the bed and bathroom, and dust in several places, even in the kettle. There was no tea or chamomile tea, and the instant coffee had expired months earlier. For what we paid for one night, breakfast was unacceptably poor. I've had much better in one-star hotels and even dormitories. We felt robbed.

We spent part of our honeymoon at I Tre Re, and it was such a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, very well cared for, and really comfortable. The view was incredible, especially at sunset when everything felt even more charming and romantic. It was a peaceful experience that made our trip all the more memorable.

The woman serving breakfast was absolutely lovely, and the hotel itself is modern and very clean. The rest of the stay was fine, but I'm giving it only three stars because there are no balconies, and at this price the advertised rooftop terrace should at least be kept tidy. The tables were sticky and dirty, the plants in the window boxes had withered, and old leaves were scattered around. It's a real shame, since a clean terrace with those panoramic views could make up for not having a balcony in the room.

The location is fantastic, and the whole arrival went smoothly. We were told in advance where to park and got a warm welcome. Our room was huge, clean, and just wow, with a beautiful, interesting view of the lake and the road. Breakfast was small but excellent, thoughtfully laid out with everything we needed. Milena/Melina, the hostess, was so kind and welcoming, a lovely way to start the day. We'd gladly come back.

We had a fun time here. The staff were very kind, and the place is close to everything, with the lakefront on one side and a charming promenade behind it. The rooms felt welcoming, with a smart TV, and there's a small bar serving tea and other things.
