We found a little authentic Italian gem at Prati Palai, away from the touristy, German-feeling town of Bardolino. The place is peaceful, and after four nights we were amazed by how beautiful it was. The rooms and garden are lovely and have everything you need. Breakfast was perfect, with loads of fresh local ingredients and delicious homemade cake each morning, despite earlier reviews here. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Thank you, Prati Palai, for such wonderful days!

We’d happily come back, in summer or winter. The Lago di Garda is close, and the whole stay felt relaxed. The rooms are spacious, the views are lovely, and the renovated historic palace has a great mix of indoor and outdoor design. The food was good, and the staff and owner were great. Federica and Domenico, love you both! Highly recommended.

The pool was amazing, and the air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was excellent, with a sea view, and made a great start to days out. The rooms are large in this antique palazzo, which has been modernized perfectly. The TV is small.

We were impressed by the surroundings and by the room, service, and hotel itself. It’s a wonderful place, and I can’t fault it or recommend it highly enough.

The hosts, the pool, the views, and the location all made this one of our favorite hotels ever.
