We've stayed at Case Verdi before and will be back. The location is perfect, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and well equipped.

The apartment itself was lovely, but the service was terrible. We had no heat, even though the display showed 22 degrees; the temperature never got above 18. This was a ski trip with a small child, so it was really uncomfortable. We contacted the help desk several times and were told nothing seemed to be wrong. After a snide response when we asked for help, and unable to enjoy a cold apartment, we left a day early. Very disappointing. There was no manual for the appliances. The digital side clearly doesn't always work well, and people still need help from actual staff. If you visit, don't expect much assistance when something goes wrong with the apartment or its amenities.

After skiing, the hot tub felt like the best thing in the world. The place was absolutely lovely, incredibly clean, and had a nice modern style. I've never had water pressure this strong in a shower. Highly recommend.

Everything you'd need is in this brand new, modern apartment. I'd be very happy to stay here again.
