Fiera Milano Rho 5

The lack of staff and hospitality made this an awful stay. We paid in advance, yet every night the alarm siren went off because of power cuts. The air conditioning didn’t work, there was no hot water, and the walls were moldy. I was so cold during the night that I had to go to the hospital. I’ve seen better places in the worst caravanserai in the poorest country in the world. 😡😡😡🤬🤬

The pool? That’s what they call a pool. I’d invite the gentlemen running the business to take a dip in it. We refused! Total disappointment. And inside this so-called B&B, parts of the place are marked Private Property, including the living room and kitchen. I’ve never seen anything like that. On top of it all, the portable air conditioner leaked water underneath and soaked the towel placed below it. It made us worry we could get electrocuted during the night. Best avoided, whether because of the “pool” or that fear.

The rooms are cramped, the bathroom is shared, and there are dogs in the house. Calling it a B&B is just on paper: there’s no staff, no kitchen access, and the pool is dirty and green. A horrible place, avoid it.

We booked 10 months ahead, but when the day of our stay came, nobody was there. The day before, they asked for our information, which we sent, but there was no reply or follow-up. After countless calls, someone finally answered and said they knew nothing about the reservation and didn’t manage the place, even though it was listed on their own WhatsApp status. It would have been so easy to tell us, and we could have found somewhere else. They didn’t even respond. Unbelievable. I’ve never had this happen before. Scammers! I hope they’re ashamed, if they have any shame.
