We had to leave early on our last morning, so we asked Beatrice if there might be something quick to eat. The night before, she kindly made sandwiches and left us a banana too. She was helpful and knew her stuff throughout our stay. We were impressed with everything, and it's such a cool spot. Would highly recommend.

We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back soon. Such a wonderful, very central place, with a pool and garden that were especially welcome. The building, rooms, and owner are all beautiful. She was so kind, helpful, and accommodating, and nothing seemed like too much trouble.

The owners were always ready to help, and offered suggestions whenever we asked. The property is impressive and very well looked after, with a lovely old-world grandeur. Given its age, some things were worn and not quite perfect, but that was reflected in the price and gave it character. We have family nearby, so we'll definitely return. Thanks very much, and see you soon. All the best, Steve M.

A lovely little haven, with hospitality beyond what we expected. The room and the whole estate are VERY beautiful. I'd have given it five stars, but the mattress wasn't comfortable.

The villa is beautiful, and it's close to downtown, where we found outstanding restaurants and amazing views. Breakfast came with a variety of tasty choices, including cooked dishes, and the service was better than outstanding.
