The shared kitchen was a real plus, modern and sparkling clean, with a clean fridge and all the comforts we needed. Anthea was also easy to reach from the city centre. Francesco, the owner, was kind, gentle, and always there when we needed him. I’ve travelled across three continents and this B&B is among the best I’ve stayed in. I’ll keep recommending Anthea to anyone visiting this beautiful city. Thank you, Francesco!

The green room looked just like the photos and had everything I expected: it was warm, comfortable, and clean, with a spacious bathroom and shower. The location worked perfectly for me because it’s close to the hospital where my husband was unfortunately staying. I felt at ease there. I booked quickly by phone with Francesco in early October, and he confirmed everything promptly. Guests can use the kitchen and refrigerator. I hope to come back for a holiday. The owner's son gave me such a warm welcome. I first stayed at Alloggio Anthea years ago and had a lovely time, and it’s still my go-to when I’m in Bari. The rooms are clean and have every comfort, and there’s a shared kitchen where you can have breakfast. The kindness, courtesy, and professionalism in handling my reservation have stayed just as good. It’s always a pleasure to return.

The location is handy, only a few minutes on foot from nearby hospitals, and the city centre is an easy 30-minute walk. There’s free street parking too. Francesco was very kind throughout our stay and sorted out all my requests over WhatsApp right away. The room was spotless and had all the comforts listed on the website, including shampoo, shower gel, and soap in the bathroom. Wi-Fi was excellent, and the kitchen had everything, including dishes and a coffee maker. Would I recommend it? I already have!
