Our flight to Bari was delayed in October. We were meant to arrive at 9 PM, but collecting the rental car meant we got there half an hour later. They wouldn't let us into the room and even threatened to call the police. It felt like a scam. Please find somewhere better. If you can't run a B&B in a welcoming and decent way, stop and do something else.

We told him our flight was delayed by an hour, and he said that was okay. The booking policy also allowed late check-in for an extra 30EUR. But when we arrived, he refused to let us in because we were late, leaving us without anywhere to stay while keeping our money. I spoke with locals on the street who had seen us and came to help. They said this wasn't the first time he'd done this and called him a scammer.

We were left without anywhere to stay, and he kept our money. Our flight was delayed by an hour, but we told him before it took off and he said that was okay. Then he wouldn't let us check in. The neighbours said he does this to people all the time. This is a scam!!!!
