The room was comfortable and good value, and the location is central. The owner communicated well and brought me milk when I asked. Breakfast was set up in the room with cereal, biscuits and coffee, plus yogurt in the fridge on the landing, so it wasn't the usual B&B arrangement.

Giovanna was so kind and gave us useful advice on getting around and what to see. The room was small, though we hadn't come to spend our time indoors, and breakfast had plenty to suit our taste. The location is perfect, close to both the old town and the beach. We hope to come back to Bari and see Jiovanna again. Strongly recommended!

The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms were spotless and quiet, with shutters that made for good sleeping. They're a standard European hotel size, neither too small nor too large. The central location also made it easy to walk to the old town and shops. My friend and I spent a month travelling and stayed in 13 B&Bs, and Studio 162 stood out more than anywhere else. I've stayed with plenty of hosts, mostly in Europe, but Giovanna made it feel like visiting a favorite cousin in Italy. The care, attention to detail and communication were unmatched for me, from the home-baked breakfast and home-grown fruit to handmade herbal shower wash packs and all her local tips. If Google allowed six stars, I'd give them. Next time I'm in Bari, I'm staying here again. I can't wait!

The room was cosy and very clean, and breakfast tasted great. Giovanna was incredibly friendly and helpful. It's just a minute on foot from Bari Centrale and the bus station, and about five minutes from the main sights and the sea. Highly recommended!

The studio is ideally located, near everything you need for a lovely stay. Giovanna was a fantastic host, so warm, kind, friendly and helpful. We had an absolutely amazing time!
