The room had no window, the walls were moldy, and the microwave was dirty. The stale air lingered even with the air conditioner on. As for the “Free toiletries,” it was just an open shampoo bottle someone had already used. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Just horrible. The room was filthy and down in a basement, with a damp, musty smell. And the people answering the phone couldn’t speak Italian at all. Terrible experience.
