The brothers made us feel very welcome at Apulia Time, and the place had more of a home feel than a hotel. Francesco and Giorgio cooked a really tasty carbonara, which was a highlight, and the pool was lovely for relaxing. With the bus stop right outside the complex, getting into central Bari or elsewhere was easy.

The pool was such a nice place to unwind, read, and clear your head on hot days. You can escape the busy city but still get to the old town easily. The brothers were the best, and we got to enjoy their homemade carbonara too 😋. So nice meeting you!

A quiet, clean place with a beautiful pool, only a few minutes from the center of Bari. Georgio and Francesco were so welcoming, and the pasta they make is delicious. Francesco really is the carbonara king. A special, unusual spot, I'd happily recommend it.

After a few days in the touristy parts of Puglia, staying somewhere residential with a pool was a welcome change. The two brothers hosting were friendly and warm, and the bus stop right nearby gets you to central Bari in about 20 minutes. Just what I wanted for a more local feel around Bari. I'd gladly come back.

The pool was clean and great for cooling off, and the quiet setting still puts central Bari under 20 minutes away by bus. The brothers running Apulia Time were incredibly welcoming. They even surprised us with a delicious home-cooked carbonara the night we arrived, and gave us helpful suggestions for nearby restaurants and places to visit. I'd recommend it to couples or solo travelers wanting a relaxed, authentic Italian stay. The room did get a bit warm sometimes, and we noticed a few mosquitoes, though that's pretty common in Italy.
