The staff made the end of our trip especially memorable. Since we had to leave for the airport at 4 am and couldn't have breakfast, they prepared a takeaway breakfast and gave us a thoughtful present. From the front desk to the rooftop bar, everyone was genuinely attentive to our comfort. We stayed at BRA Hotel during the last few days of a ten-day trip around Puglia, and the elegant decor and carefully designed spaces made the hotel feel welcoming and comfortable. We left wanting to come back.

Breakfast was a highlight: a pianist played live music while the chef made fresh mozzarella at the buffet. It’s one of the most memorable things we’ve experienced in 15 years of international travel. The whole team at the Bra Hotel Bari was five-star, and we couldn’t have been happier.

The included three-course dinner with our suite reservation was one of the best meals I’ve had. Drinks weren’t included, but the food and dining experience stood out even for someone who travels often and considers herself a foodie. The staff were pleasant, attentive, and helpful throughout, and the hotel’s attention to detail made everything feel thoughtfully done. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the old town, right among the boutique and high-end shops. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but it works with a nearby garage and the staff take care of the car like a valet, which made it easy and stress-free. My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel, and it was one of my best hotel experiences.

The service was what stood out most. Although the hotel was fully booked, we felt as if we were the only guests and were treated like royalty. The beds were among the most comfortable I’ve slept in, too. Our room was a good size, very modern, and well equipped. We loved the breakfast buffet, dinner at the rooftop restaurant, and our private spa experience. Everything from check-in to departure went perfectly. I’d come back to Bari just to stay at this property.
