Our room had no window. When we were alarmed and asked to move, they wanted to charge us extra, so we were stuck in this tiny, awful room.

We were checking out at 4 pm today and couldn't leave our luggage in the building. We went to the office to drop the bags, but they wanted 12 euros for the time from noon to 5 pm. What nerve, it's embarrassing! The whole arrival and entry process was awful. I didn't like it, and I hadn't realized this was just a room in a regular building. I thought it was the Conforthoteles chain, where I've stayed many times in the US. I definitely wouldn't have booked if I'd known. The traffic was terrible, like being right in the middle of it, and the windows were awful. They told us to check out at 10 pm today even though Booking.com said 11 am. On the first day there were no glasses for brushing our teeth, so we had to buy some ourselves. We were trying to sort it out on WhatsApp, but it was Saturday. They don't speak Spanish at all.
