Our reservation was cancelled just one day before we were due to arrive. We'd already paid, and now have to wait 7-12 days for the refund while finding somewhere else and paying extra. This is the last thing you want during a dream holiday.

A nice place for the price, with clean, spacious rooms and free parking. It's in a gated community, and the hostess is kind.

We ran out late at night and had to book somewhere else after the owner insisted we pay the full price for the stay. The bathroom was dirty, with hair, dust everywhere, and mold on the walls. There were no windows, and it was a basement apartment with a 40 cm step at the end that could make you fall and hurt your face. I seriously doubt this cellar, basement, is habitable. There was also a moka pot with its handle burned off. This felt disgusting and like a scam. Madam, please find another job and have some mercy on tourists. I'm sure Bari isn't all like this.

Our host was remarkably kind, and breakfast was varied and really good. The place is close to the city center, which made getting around very convenient.
