There’s no way to get in touch with the property owner, and they show no interest in customers at all.

I was there with friends in the second half of March, and we really regret choosing Extravaganza Porto. There was pigeon droppings on the terrace, and mold was visible on the walls. As soon as we went in, a strong, artificial air freshener smell hit us. It was unbearable, and you could only guess it was meant to cover up the real smell of mold and mildew. The bathroom was a disaster too. The fixtures looked like they hadn’t seen a cleaner in years, with stains, dirt, and residue everywhere. On the top floor, the water pressure was so weak that washing your hair in the shower was almost impossible. The mirrors were in the same state. But the biggest problem was that there was no heating. March was cold, and the only option was the air conditioner, which smelled more moldy than warm when set to heat. We froze throughout our stay. The photos don’t show the reality, and I don’t know where the high ratings come from. A huge disappointment. Avoid it completely.

Nightmare, nightmare, nightmare. The place was filthy, there was mold everywhere, and a strong floral smell seemed intended to hide other odors. We aired it out, but the smell stayed. We lasted an hour before having to move somewhere else. The worst part is that nobody is taking responsibility. What a shame.
