I wouldn't recommend this motel. The room was dirty, with sheets that clearly hadn't been changed after the previous guests. When I raised it, the staff were rude and no help at all. Very disappointing.

Nothing was done to fix the problems, even though we reported them as soon as we arrived, and the provider was unable to sort anything out. Our three days there were the worst accommodation experience of my life. The room was in awful condition: the walls were dirtier than those in a workers' hostel, the furniture was old, and there were dried glass marks from previous guests on the bedside table. We booked for two, but there was only one towel and no bed linen. The double bed was two single beds pushed together, making it unsuitable for a couple to sleep together. The photos bore no resemblance to reality. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The room didn't meet my needs, and the photos didn't match reality. I told the host on our first night, right after we arrived. They said they'd pass the matter to their superiors and try to fix it, but nothing came of that. We had booked for two, yet there was only one towel, and I had to use it as a towel. Everything was dusty and the wall was very dirty. We'd asked for a double bed, but got two beds pushed together in very poor condition, and there were bed bugs too. I asked about leaving and getting a refund for the two nights we wouldn't use. After two days, they said I wouldn't get a refund because I hadn't left the accommodation. By delaying, they managed to avoid paying. The whole place is a scam, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Next time I'd rather sleep on the street. I wish accommodation providers faced stricter rules so nobody else ends up in this situation. I'm attaching photos from there that show what it was really like.

They refused to let us stay with a guide dog, saying, “it is not a hotel for blind people.” We were only admitted after we said we would call the police. The treatment was humiliating and contrary to applicable EU and UN law.
