House del Levante

It’s right by Fiera del Levante and only steps from the sea and Lido San Francesco, where you can also get breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The apartment was roomy and clean, with a comfortable double bed and a single bed for up to three guests. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The kitchen had everything needed to cook, plus a washing machine. Check-in and checkout can both be done without meeting anyone. Parking nearby is free but unattended, and we found a spot easily. The price was reasonable.

The landlord was lovely and ready to help. We found the room clean and basic, fine for sleeping during a short stay, though we really missed having a balcony or terrace. The main road made it a bit noisy. It’s handy for the sea and airport, with restaurants and grocery shops close by. The historic center is about an hour’s walk, and there’s free street parking.

The owner was kind and helpful, and I liked being able to check myself in whenever I arrived. My car was parked in a lot a few minutes away while I took a trip from the airport. The place wasn’t especially quiet, since it’s on the ground floor beside the road. I was glad the kitchen was fully equipped, and there was also a washing machine and mini-oven.

The owners were so kind and helpful. I was there with my family over Christmas, and the owner surprised us with panettone, which was a lovely gesture. The place was very clean and had all the comforts of home. It’s also in a handy spot near a bus stop, bars, and useful shops. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.
