The main drawback was the noise: the walls are so thin you can hear everything. Breakfast was the same packaged food every day, and it wasn't very good. The rooms and toilet were very clean. Getting to central Bari or the malls means a long walk, around 1.8 to 3 km.

Booking.com said check-in was available until 22:30. After I booked, the host said we had to arrive before 19:00, which clearly wouldn't work with our flight landing at 20:00. The information was very bad and has caused us problems.

The equipment was old, the breakfast was bad, and it was far from the city.

They said that because there was no ATM, payment could only be made in the morning. But the previous night we weren't welcomed with our small children because there was still money to pay. I wasn't going to run away. I arrived home at 5 in the morning, and this isn't how you treat people. If they'd been polite and said, “Madam, it's fine, come tonight with the children and pay me tomorrow morning,” that would've been okay. In the end it was 12:30, I think there is now.

The location works well if you need the hospital or other nearby medical facilities. There’s no parking at the property, but a large, inexpensive lot is about 200 meters away, costing just €1 from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. My wife and I stayed five nights and were pleasantly surprised. Even though the B&B is in an apartment converted for that purpose, our room was cozy and clean, and the owner was very kind and helpful.
