I need my money back! The instructions don't work, and I had to find somewhere else to sleep.

I arrived at the location using the instructions from the person in charge, but they didn't match the entrance. The team knew I would arrive after 23:00, yet nobody answered. My wife and I were left out on the street until we paid for somewhere else to stay. The next day they asked why I hadn't gone back then to try to get in. Was I supposed to spend the night in the car? I don't recommend this place. Communication is very slow, and it feels like a scam!

I arrived at the apartment but couldn't get in because the instructions didn't work. The phone number on the reservation only answers during business hours. Scam!

The kitchen facilities are practically nonexistent. There aren't two large glasses, and there's nowhere to put the trash. The WiFi doesn't work. It's a mess, outrageous for this much money.
